Located in north Avon where the dunes are huge and the beach is wide (the owner says it's about 300 feet to the dune and another 400 feet to the water!). The home has a bunk room, laundry and full bath on the first floor, two bedrooms and a full bath on the second floor and a half bath on the top floor next to the great room. This home has a strong rental history (even though the owners only rent it May - September). New roof in 2015, new living room furniture in 2017. Most of the windows in the house have been replaced. New front door and top floor compressor in 2020. The views from the second floor are good but the views from the top floor are unbeatable! When you step out onto the deck you will see that there is no substitute for an oceanfront home!
